Responsibilities: Develop original and maintenance documentation for an international client's new class of warship by exacting reviews of vendor supplied commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) manuals that relate to tactical computers. Develop instructional media, including lesson plans and student and instructor guides and deliver instructional services to international defense clients in computer systems maintenance and operations. Serve as a combat systems subject matter expert (SME) to the pre-commissioning training team. Instruct international officers and enlisted students in tactical computer theory, systems set-up, and the proper methods of use under all applicable conditions. Perform material condition assessments and develop troubleshooting and repair plans for the complete computing network system. Provide crew familiarization training, including import, dockside, and underway training. Make recommendations for the ships company watchstander certification following construction. This position requires travel to Pascagoula, MS and is located in Pensacola, FL.
