Employee Benefits Administrator - (US-IA-Iowa City - 52246) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Jobcode: N/A Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities: Prepares benefit materials and necessary forms to be sent to the client Manages benefits orientation process with client employees by explaining their benefits package, associated costs, eligibility information, and forms completion Tracks eligibility enrollment deadlines, secures paperwork, and communicates enrollments to carrier and other appropriate parties Inputs client employee and dependent benefit information in Human Resource Information System and keeps system updated Serves as a resource for client employees regarding benefits coverage or general claims processing issues Determines bill reconciliation process with client; reconciles monthly billings and mails to client Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of Human Resources experience and/or training Demonstrated experience in using spreadsheet and word processing software Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated attention to detail Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and foster successful business relationships Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, manage difficult situations professionally, and respond to client needs promptly.
