Our client is a privately owned manufacturer of food and beverage products. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and has over $25M in annual sales.

Responsibilities
1) Work with Operations, Quality Assurance, R&D, Safety and Maintenance to identify suitable technologies for process improvement
2) Define project scope and conduct validation testing
3) Perform plant surveys, line studies, creation of line layout, etc.
4) Oversee project implementation activities
5) Maintain budget documentation for project spending
6) Perform project audits for scope and justification compliance
7) Develop and source new as well as cost-effective processes/equipment for new products and packaging
8) Adhere to time lines/deadlines and achieve project goals
9) Develop concept and detailed working drawings of lines, processes and systems to communicate with team members
10) Participate in and/or lead cross-functional teams of colleagues and outside resources to develop as well as execute capital projects

Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) in Engineering/Mechanical
2) 5+ years of experience with hands-on expertise in electrical and mechanical equipment including building of plans
3) Ability to fix packaging, cooking, oven, mixing and grinding machines
