For Zurich, Switzerland, Seeking an experienced Services Director with a proven track record of managing complex software implementation consulting engagements. This position has primary accountability for the successful execution of software implementation, business development of new and existing customers.

Define scope of services and the strategy for enterprise software deployments that meet customers’ business requirements.
Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through focus on accountability and quality, including regular customer account reviews.
Ensures that Deployment Managers follow established implementation methodology and processes to ensure quality, consistency/repeatability, and efficiency of the software implementation.
