Long-term contract opportunity for a Field Service Technician to provide Level 2 support on systems throughout Manhattan. Technician will need to respond immediately to calls in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction! The technician will be responsible for providing support on the following: connectivity issues, hardware troubleshooting / maintenance / replacement / upgrades, software implementations / troubleshooting / maintenance, etc.

Candidates are required to have networking, hardware/software and field service work experience. Any exposure or experience with ATMs would be a plus!!!

This is a long-term contract position. You will be paid hourly (40 hr weeks) with the possibility of earning overtime pay for standby hours. A monthly metro card will be provided to cover field travel expenses.
