Field Solutions is recruiting for Cabling Technicians needed in this region.

Our clients have had work orders for: running a variety of different types of cable, Cable drops, DMARC, installing surface mount boxes, terminate and test connections, site surveys, install/de-install or related equipment etc…

Requirements:
Cabling and telephony background/experience
Ability to work well independently is expected
Have all standard cabling tools

Example Tools: Basic telephony kit, tester, butt set, punch down, laptop, cell phone, ladder, drill with a variety of bits, P touch or Other Label Maker, Cat5 or Plenum…

All Field Solutions work is independent contractor work. The work is on as needed basis. This work or can range from a single project lasting just a few hours to larger scale rolls that last several days or weeks.

Pay ranges by client, location, scope of work, and tech requirements. Hourly rates range from $18.00 to $75.00 an hour or they may be posted at per site rates. Some clients compensate for travel and parts.

Field Solutions is a technician sourcing company, meaning that we do not hire technicians on as our own employees. What we do offer is a way for independent field service technicians and small companies to find additional work. There is no cost for technicians. Field Solutions clients are technology service companies or manufacturers that rely upon Field Solutions independent contractors to get their work orders completed. Our clients use our database of highly qualified technicians to either search for certain techs or send notifications of available work orders to the technicians in specific local areas. The work is across a broad range of technologies, including: PC’s, telephony, internet, cabling, POS, security, and peripheral equipment.
