Set our company’s sales goals in relation to the present and forecasted marketing activities in different geographic areas in the United States domestically and internationally. Oversee the administration of marketing project activities. Develop and put in place an effective strategic marketing plans and budgets. Direct marketing department in promoting sales and creating goodwill for the products or serviced by preparing marketing tools such as displays, making speeches at dealers conventions, and calling on individual merchants to advise on ways and means for increasing sales. Handle business transactions that take place between companies in foreign nations and companies in the United States. Deal with transactions that involve brining products in the United States, including aircraft, specialized infrared instruments, aviation electronics, meters, and measuring instruments. Send these above mentioned products from the United States to foreign markets and vise visa. Handle both import and export agreements. Since we specialized in importing and exporting the aviation and related products, the agreements have to be scrutinized. Direct conducting analytical marketing surveys, including customer satisfaction follow-up and studies to identify target population concentrations and expand markets for the products and service. Direct market research for customer trends and developing business forecasts and recommendations for future marketing and sales actions.
