This is a 2 Years contract opportunity at our customer site, a leading company in Richland, WA.

Job Duties:

Perform management/safety assessments, management observations, criticality safety inspections, operations work site assessments, etc. as directed by management. Will provide written reports that identify deficiencies and contributes to the successful tracking and resolution of identified deficiencies.
Serve as a Facility Emergency Response Organization team member as directed. Provide support for the review and implementation of administrative and technical procedures.
Provide management support on all matters associated with Conduct of Operations and assist in making improvements as warranted including providing feedback, ideas, or suggestions for further improvement. Interfaces with internal and external organizations to resolve issues related to the conduct of operations and provide technical advice.
Manage the administration and maintenance of the Tickle File System (TFS) program and conduct overview sessions of the program to personnel as necessary.
Manage the maintenance of the Miscellaneous Facility Tags, Timely Order and Operation "Operator Aide" Logbooks and associated surveillances.
Point of Contact for all assigned vehicles, special equipment requests, monthly vehicle usage log submittals, usage tracking, and data.
Maintain fire permit log and perform audits in accordance with established procedure requirements.

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years experience = 1 year of college level education). Previous experience at a DOE site. Previous experience communication and interfacing with all levels of personnel including bargaining unit to senior management. Can work independently and is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Desirable Qualifications: 3 years experience in the operation of a Hazard Category 2 or greater nuclear facility. Related experience in conduct of operations
