Requirements: HS grad or equiv. BA/BS degree and Certification in Meeting Planning CMP) preferred. Must possess a min. of 2-3 yrs. exp. in hotel or resort Catering Sales department exp. Must possess excellent written & verbal communication skills, able to multi-task while working in a fast paced, high volume environment and a thorough knowledge of sales techniques including prospecting and solicitation. Must also possess a working knowledge of software applications/hotel systems such as Delphi, Excel, Microsoft Word and others. Must be able to work an extremely flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. .
