The consultant must be experienced in with functional and technical aspects of report development, dashboard design, SQL development working within a portal environment (SharePoint, WebSphere, Oracle). The candidate will provide client delivery in requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment. This person will become an integral part of a dynamic and growing Information Management team. The candidate must quickly develop a broad understanding of the programs and initiatives of the client in the area of policy, strategy and compliance/reporting. S/he should be able to set priorities in work assignments and work well in a diverse and dynamic environment.
