In this role, you'll be responsible for prospecting and selling high-speed Internet data services to Small/Medium sized enterprise businesses (SME's) throughout a specific region via sales prospecting to prospective SME customers.
The BAE (Business Account Executive) is responsible for selling the full suite of Comcast SME (Subject Matter Expert) products including a multi-product Internet data service suite that includes static IP's and Web hosting.
In addition the BAE will also sell Video (basic, digital and HDTV) and SME music services including background music for retail locations and music on hold applications.
Business to Business prospecting, (phone, face to face & networking), and sales of High Speed Internet and Digital Video, HDTV and Music services to SME accounts in assigned geographical area
Territory development and management
Responsible for meeting and exceeding minimum monthly sales quota as determined by Regional Sales Manager of Business Services
Competes all paperwork accurately, legibly and thoroughly on a daily basis
Maintains current knowledge of, as well as, demonstrates knowledge of product, programming and various promotional offers
Provides exceptional customer service assistance as needed
Submits sales claims for unpaid installed sales within allotted time frame
Projects a professional business manner and operates with a high degree of integrity
Performs other duties as requested
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance


Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree preferred
2-4 years prior experience in a SME focused sales department, customer service department or combination of both preferred
1 - 2 years direct experience with either business to business SME or consumer sales, highly preferable
Strong written and verbal communication skills required, as this position is responsible for ensuring potential customers understand current promotions and products available to them
Ability to work within Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Excellent detail orientation and follow through skills
Strong discretionary skills, as this position will have access to and work with information of a confidential nature
Proficient in the skills outlined in the company's Sales Model of Excellence competencies
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record over the past five years
