Inpoint, formerly named Aon Carrier Consulting, is a newly formed division of Aon Corporation that will focus on consulting solutions specifically in the insurance industry. These solutions will combine the highest quality of strategy consulting, operational expertise, and industry insights.

With this new innovative group, Inpoint will build on the unique access, insights, and data that Aon has collected as a result of our positioning in the market as a global leader in risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human capital management consulting, and outsourcing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Participation in full lifecycle client engagements.
•Lead cross-functional teams to partner with external clients in developing processes, methodologies, and transition strategies that will guide them to the objective future state.
•Engagements will include profitability analysis, process redesign, operational efficiencies, growth strategy, strategic planning, data collection, qualitative analysis, and identifying cost savings.
•Support the organizational and process transformation and business development within the local market and play a lead role in providing large-scale transformation support.
•Structure work engagements, including the development of strategic plans, transformation plans, and business process improvement plans.
•Manage complex process improvement engagements.
•Work collaboratively in a team environment with colleagues and senior client leadership to assess the current environment, define key objectives, identify success factors, and comprehend constraints related to the client's challenges.
•Contribute to internal and client deliverables, including position papers, PowerPoint briefings, flowcharts, and data analysis spreadsheets.
•Contribute to client market development through high-level relationship building, market shaping, proposal development, whitepapers, and presentations.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION
•3 plus years of experience with change management, organizational strategy, and process change.
•Insurance experience (property & casualty preferred).
•Background in professional services consulting firm and/or management consulting firm is required.
•4 plus years of experience with the Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to obtain a security clearance.
•BA or BS degree required.
•Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
•Strong relationship building skills.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
•Experience with Microsoft Project.
•Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus.
•Travel required.
