Responsibilities: ARINC's Panama City, FL office is currently recruiting for a Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst in its Defense Systems Engineering & Support Division. The Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst will perform the following tasks:Integrate business and technical methodologies to provide support in acquisition analysis and documentation, CM, RM, and logistics analysis including integrated logistics life cycle support; and engineering change proposal (ECP) development and support.Provide financial analysis of planned and actual modification costs, nonrecurring engineering (NRE) and ECP costs for training, logistics and aircraft integration.Provide project management support to include: preparing, reviewing, analyzing and evaluating program documentation; developing and presenting specific briefings; making recommendations to reduce the risk to cost and schedule; creating program schedules; tracking program status; and performing risk assessments.Coordinate program risk reviews and briefings, review contractor deliverable status together with milestone schedules, status reports, and cost performance reports.Participate in acquisition strategy analysis and planning, supports management and technical reviews, analyzes results and provides recommendations for improvement.QualificationsRequired Experience:The ideal candidate much have a minimum of ten (10) or more years of experience in acquisition and inservice logistics management for DoD or HLS ACAT I thru ACAT III Programs. Experience to include ILS Program Management, ILS documentation development for MS B, MS C and Independent logistics audits (ILAs), supportability analysis, reliabilitycentered maintenance (RCM) analysis, RMA modeling, tech manual development, training planning, lifecycle cost analysis, maintenance planning, configuration management, and FMEAs. Experience must include indepth knowledge of all ILS elements and their interrelationships with other engineering disciplines. Experience in acquisition logistics and development of Acquisition Plans and ILS certifications, including transportation certifications. Experience in Performance Based Logistics and Navy (NAVSEA) programs.Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Desired Experience:Demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following areas: program management, risk management, acquisition documentation, systems engineering, system acquisition, configuration management or integrated logistics support and DoD 5000 series Defense Acquisition Instructions.Education/Certification Requirements:Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. A postgraduate degree in a business, management, engineering or related discipline or DAWIA Level III certification will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of experience.Amount of Travel Required for Position0%25%
