Our Aon Global Risk Consulting Group has an exciting career opportunity for an Insurance Specialist with Owner Operator Insurance experience. You will maintain all lines of Owner/Operator Insurance. This position will be an outsourced role serving an Aon client located in Lafayette Louisiana or Little Rock Arkansas. No relocation

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage and maintain Owner/Operator insurance coverage:
· Facilitate coverages for new owners leasing on with Client
· Issue Certificates to Owners and Financial Institutions for new coverages.
· Terminate/Close coverages for owners leaving Client
· Update address and value Changes
· Track all Outside Owner Operator Coverages to ensure they are current
· Provide Customer Support for Owners Operators with questions pertaining to their insurance
· Provide the insurance company with additions, changes, and deletes on a monthly basis for all lines of insurance related to the owner/operator insurance program.
· Prepare monthly reports in, premium summaries and process payment to the insurance company
· Process information for renewal of Owner Operator Insurance
· Process insurance invoices for all corporate lines of coverage
· Act as a liaison between Client and Aon Risk Services Southwest, Inc.
· Assist in obtaining underwriting data for insurance policy renewals
· Prepare applications for renewal on lines of coverage
· Set up insurance presentations and organize facility tours

REQUIREMENTS:
P&C license mandatory, 2+ years experience working with Owner/Operator Insurance, Strong Excel and MSWord Skills, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
