Class Start Dates:
November 9, 2009
November 30, 2009

Pay Range: $12.00+ per hour based on experience

Training Schedule:
- Training will be 4 weeks in length- Training will be Monday- Friday from 2:15 PM -11:00 PM (for the November 9th class)
- Training will be Monday- Friday from 1:15 PM -10:00 PM (for the November 30th class)
- Compensation during training will include a shift differential for qualifying hours

Schedule (after training):
- Scheduled days are negotiable, but must include Monday, Friday and one weekend day- Schedules will have a start time of 2:30 PM and end time of 11:00 PM. (for the November 9th class)
- Schedules will have a start time of 1:30 PM and end time of 10:00 PM. (for the November 30th class)
- Compensation will include a shift differential for qualifying hours

Job Duties:
*Set up new claim reports from customers via in-bound calls
*Assist in answering basic status questions on calls for existing claims
*Promote Progressive's network shops and service centers
*Schedule vehicle estimate or repair appointments

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:
*High School diploma or equivalent required
*Minimum 2 years of post secondary education or 2 years work experience in a complex customer service environment
*Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer
*Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
