Apply now for our ProjectSpecialist position within our Quintiles Medical Education group based out of our Hawthorne, NY office.Specific include:Accurate data entry skills with thorough demonstration of detailoriented work ethic.Thorough knowledge of grant application, review, payment and auditing process.Proactively identifies key process issues and contributes to team responsible for creating process improvements.Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with all teams within the companyMaintains a good working relationship with all internal support groups. Effectively manages and partners with these groups to ensure the successful delivery of agreedupon services.Provides effective support to management through the development or improvement of organizational and/or administrative systems designed to optimize grant process.Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks to meet project deadlines. Able to work effectively in an environment of changing priorities and goals.Demonstrates a high degree of independence, requiring minimal supervision. Displays good initiative and followup; understands how work fits into the overall company mission.Proactively identifies key issues and suggests innovative and effective solutions to improve overall grant process.Thorough knowledge of the function and use of data entry software. Able to train others on use of the software.Performs other duties as required.
