Position Details
This position will have responsibility of delivery operations for SAP/ERP Application Management, Managing Application Services (custom), SAP BASIS Support, and Applications Operations/Hosting.

Assure the delivery of application support and maintenance services to GAA customers:
• Planning, maintenance, coordination and reporting of the service delivery for customer contracts across all GAA factories
* Steer all delivering parties (factories, GPCs, third parties, resources, etc.)
* Drive team building (also identify skill requirements)
* Manage quality of service including SLAs, KPIs, compliance, etc.
* Manage cost to contract
*Ensure application of claim management processes.
*Continuous improvement of service delivery model
* Responsible SPoC for customer/SDM and contract for operational topics, change requests and escalations across all factories
* Continuous improvement and measurement of customer satisfaction
*Business continuity plans

Develop the customer to establish a long-term cooperation:
•Transparency and forecasting of existing business
•Contribution to the development of the account plan for the customer
•Identification of up- and cross-selling potential across GAA portfolio
•Drive the customer innovation process (e.g. Customer Innovation Workshop) across GAA portfolio
•Implement contractual changes
•Continuous improvement plan for the customer
•Contribution to presales activities and proposal processes.
•Proactive operational management of the customer

Contributions:
•Planning and implementation of transition-projects in the CSO and GPC
•Provide advice and guidance to Customers and colleagues as part of decision-making processes.
•Direct, supervise, monitor and drive the support, testing and controlled implementation of new application releases in line with Customer requirements and to time and budget.
•Evaluate suggestions, policy and project papers and provide technical impact assessments for consideration by higher management, other IT Groups and customers/clients.
•Support the Lead CSM or Head of Customer Service Management (optional role) in the budget and planning process.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required. Masters Degree/MBA is a strong plus.
Strong Operations Background is essential in this role.
7+ years of SAP implementation experience.
5+ years of managing and directing a team of 4 or more IT professionals is required.
Strong project management skills are essential in this role.
Very strong communications and presentation skills are key in this role..
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
