In Sales/Customer Business Development, Selling and Relationship Management is at the core of what we do. As an Account Manager, you would be responsible for building relationships and driving retail sales with your Prestige Products clients in this territory which include brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Hugo, Boss, Lacoste, and Escada among others. As an Account Manager, you will recruit, motivate, train, direct, and manage a team of Retail Selling Specialists for our key specialty and department store partners. The Account Manager and their team are the liaisons between the stores and P&G management. You will be responsible for driving the overall business and meeting all business objectives. You will work to grow and ensure a strong business relationship with clients in your territory. You will be responsible for your territory management. This means effectively managing all budgets, executing events, driving retail, and providing product knowledge and support to the customers within your territory. To have successful sales accounts, Account Managers must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to interface with a wide variety of people with a professional approach is critical. Applicants must have a strong work discipline, time management skills and organizational skills. This role requires the ability to identify problems, while providing solutions and executing decisions. Requirements: Have a minimum of a Bachelors degree and two years outside sales experience is required for this position.
