Standards Compliance Coordinator - (US-CA-Fresno - 93888) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Jobcode: N/A Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities: Coordinator is to coordinate and facilitate those activities relating to achieving and maintaining the Licensing and Certification, and accreditation of the facility as per the established Healthcare Policies and Procedures; and to assure compliance with other applicable standards of quality of care. DUTIES: Assist CTCs Medical Department in achieving and maintaining compliance with all applicable State, Federal, and voluntary standards, rules, regulations and public laws governing the operation of the CTC, by monitoring compliance, identifying deficiencies, making recommendations, and working with relevant staff in developing and implementing appropriate procedures to ensure compliance. Advise management of unresolved compliance issues and recommend corrective action. Monitors established Policies and Procedures, ensuring that all policies and procedures are reviewed on an annual basis and update and revise as needed. This includes ensuring that the policy manuals are signed off by assigned executive /management staff and the governing body routinely. Supervises Food and Nutrition Services, Janitorial Services, Materials and Stores Supervisor, Radiology Department and Clinical Dietician. Assign duties, review work and monitor quality of services provided and document evaluation. Participates in the necessary committees and work groups; coordinates and monitors Licensing surveys, maintains survey schedules, prepares CTC for survey, and coordinates completion of necessary documents including application for re-certification, requests for waivers, and Plans of Corrections for identified Licensing findings/deficiencies. .
