Responsibilities: Report accordingly to the Compliance Manager AML & OFAC Operations and Investigation or in her absence the Senior Compliance Manager. Assisting in the execution of the Compliance-monitoring program in accordance with the established schedules for banking reviews. This includes documenting results of all reviews and preparing DRAFT reports to the Compliance Manager AML & OFAC Operations and Investigation in accordance with the New York branch Compliance Program. Performing quarterly review of transaction testing reviews to identify unusual patterns of activity. Assisting the compliance team with document preparation of New York branch examinations and audits. Reviewing all possible OFAC name matches. In the event of a match, reporting to the Compliance Manager AML & OFAC Operations and Investigation or in her absence to the Senior Compliance Manager. Participating in ad-hoc compliance projects and other tasks as assigned by the Senior Compliance Manager or Compliance Manager AML & OFAC Operations and Investigation. Ensuring that any unusual or suspicious activity identified by any compliance team member in performing any job related tasks is reported immediately to the Senior Compliance Manager or in their absence to the Compliance Manager AML & OFAC Operations and Investigation or Compliance Director. Assisting the Senior Compliance Officer with legal matters as required. On a monthly basis, provide new complaints to be reported on the monthly KRI report. Assisting in the investigation, processing and maintenance of the Client Compliant Log ensuring that all complaints are addressed in a timely manner, and that information is disseminated to the Senior Compliance Manager, Compliance Manager AML & OFAC Operations and Investigation and to the client according to policy. .
