Responsibilities: Sales Representatives provide Hyatt guests, hotels, and fellow team members with exceptional customer service throughout the inbound reservation process. Sales Representatives must have good phone etiquette, a working knowledge of computers and Windows programs, the ability to type 20 wpm and make accurate reservations using multiple systems.   The training class will run for 6 weeks, from 10:30am - 7:00pm, Monday through Friday. After training is complete, these associates will begin set shifts during the afternoon/evening hours, and will have two scheduled days off. Ideal candidates for this position are flexible to work evening and weekend shifts. .
