Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent presentation and communication skills are required. Experience negotiating consortium agreements is highly desirable. Financial business acumen within oil and gas industry is highly desirable. Sales management region of responsibility will be Central America based out of Houston, Texas.
