Responsibilities and Requirements: 1. Tissue culture techniques. 2. Perform DNA and RNA extraction from cells/tissues. 3. Perform cell/tissue staining, image capture and analysis. 4. Perform plasmid preparation and cloning. 5. Perform Western blotting and Immunoprecipitation analysis. 6. Perform PCR analysis. 7. Perform migration and permeability experiments. 8. Maintenance of lab equipments including, digital photography equipment, florescent microscope and computer systems. 9. Process data images with Photoshop. 10. Prepare figures and graphs using Excel. 11. Help in preparing manuscript and grant applications.Requirements: 1. Bachelor or Master degree. 2. Excellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop. 3. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
