Works with minimum supervision executing other various tasks associated with the DRP process.Required SkillsESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:1 : Performs daily DRP planning and ordering functions.2 : Performs set up of the DRP process with materials new to the program.3 : Analyzes and determines appropriate stock quantities for the field locations.4 : Responsible for maintaining DRP measurement tools and records.5 : Monitor and audit inventory levels in the field.6 : Responsible for GDO forecasting and post mortem analysis.7 : Performs regularly scheduled data maintenance tasks to maintain system data integrity.THE MOST IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES PERFORMED:1 : Determines appropriate ordering quantities based on data provided by DRP tools.2 : Responsible for maintaining accurate supply and demand elements that drive DRP (i.e. SO, PO, and stock levels).3 : Communicates with field managers to solve problems regarding daily DRP issues.4 : Communicate all system data integrity issues to appropriate functional area owner.5 : Performs set up criteria needed to add material to the DRP program.6 : Determines and maintains appropriate stock quantities for each item in DRP, using the forecast tools.7 : Executes monthly review and establish appropriate DRP parameters needed to update the stock levels on all DRP items.8 : Analyzes DRP measurement tools and reports and make recommendations based on analysis.9 : Involved with the continuous improvement and automation of the DRP processes.10 : Coordinate and organize meetings with field to address their challenges and issues.11 : Perform field surveys to address business and customer service related opportunities.12 : Provide management with supply chain and sales history reportsRequired ExperiencePHYSICAL Requirements:1 : Extended computer use.2 : Extended telephone use.3: Light lifting (up to 25 pounds).MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):1 : 1-3 years prior experience in material planning in a manufacturing or distribution environment.2 : Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field and/or equivalent amount of experience.3 : Must be adept in the knowledge and use of Microsoft office applications4 : Must possess forecasting and forecast methodology knowledge.5 : Must possess strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities6 : Ability to coordinate projects.7 : Ability to handle multiple tasks.8 : Courteous, customer service oriented.9 : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
