Responsibilities and Requirements: Security Officer- Part TimeThe Minster Machine Company, a world class manufacturer of material forming equipment, currently has an opening for a part-time security officer.The basic responsibilities/requirements of the job are:To protect the company property from fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.Assist employees and visitors and act as the company's primary contact in person and by phone during non-peak business hours.Be available to work weekends, holidays and evenings. Typical part time work schedule is about 20 hours per week with scheduling flexibility with other security officers.Be able to walk long distances while securing the facility.Be capable of using computers, radios and phone systems with training.The position requires a service oriented attitude toward other people.
