POSITION DETAILS
The chosen candidate will Identify, validate and develop new product opportunities for our clients’ HealthCare Nutrition product portfolio including the retail and institutional nutritional products.


RESPONSIBILITIES
The chosen candidate will collaborate with Marketing Research and the Channel VPs of Marketing to develop HealthCare Nutrition's research and ideation plan and lead cross-functional teams' execution of activities to deliver that pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business required. MBA strongly preferred.
5+ years in packaged goods or medical products marketing with significant new products experience preferred.
Ability to rapidly learn and develop new processes is essential in this role.
Ability to consolidate large amounts of data into a coherent picture and translate patient and consumer insights into leverage-able product and program concepts is required.
Effectively collaborates with and leads cross-functional team members in developing and executing the new product pipeline
Strong project management skills with adaptability to manage internal hurdles, changes in course, etc. to keep projects on track
Superior analytical skills
Strong strategic thinking orientation with an ability to analyze trends and translate them into potential points of difference is required.
Ability to adeptly manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once
Strong communication skills: written, oral, presentation

Preferred:
' Proven ability to manage and create a robust new product pipeline, to include sales, margin and IRR
' Proven successful leadership of the new products process
