Administrative Assistant (Part Time)
This part-time position offers unparalleled growth potential in a truly unique environment. We seek a reliable, organized, team player who has the ability to truly multi-task. We offer a flexible schedule for part-time (15-20 hours); hours must be during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.).
Responsibilities:
Performs diverse administrative, secretarial & receptionist duties, including: customer service, telephone answering, message taking/relaying, word processing and proofreading, data entry and various administrative, office and clerical tasks
Interaction with clients
Organizes own activities and those of clients to ensure deadlines are met
Accurately maintain time sheets to facilitate client billing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be detail oriented, organized and dependable. The willingness and enthusiasm for learning and acquiring new skills and knowledge is highly valued. In addition, the ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented and dependable along; and have the ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities and tasks. Other qualifications include:
5+ years relevant experience and/or Associates or Bachelors degree
Proficiency with Adobe PDF and Microsoft, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to use Internet Explorer, AOL Instant Messaging and other web engine functionality
Knowledgeable with database programs including ACT and Alpha Five
QuickBooks is a plus
Typing speed of +45 wpm
