The client is one of the world's leading global investment banks.As a key member of this highly-rated Compliance team at this global investment bank, and reporting to the regional Head of Equities Compliance, you will be working closely with the equities business, providing advice to Sales & Trading as well as middle office areas on any new products or initiatives, monitoring suspicious or unusual activities, and liaising with the SFC and HKEx on any regular reports or ad-hoc issues. A key part of the role will also involve providing training, advice, monitoring, surveillance, and managing relationships with regulators.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate shall possess either a law or finance degree, with a stable background, and between 6-8 years relevant experience gained from a leading securities firm or regulatory body, with good exposure to Equity Markets Compliance. Preference will be given to candidates with a good knowledge of the ASIAN REGULATORY BODIES AND THE SECURITIES INDUSTRY. Near native-level English as well as fluency in other Asian languages will be useful, as is a strong mindset and organizational skills. Previous experience handling multiple tasking of projects highly desired
