Under the general supervision of the Chief, Pharmacy Benefits Division, (CEA III), and general direction of the Medical Consultant II, the incumbent will provide program and administrative support services to the managerial and professional staff in the California Mental Health Care Management Program (CalMEND), and in the Division. Incumbent must be adaptable, organized and be able to keep records, and prepare correspondence independently utilizing a wide knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and spelling. The Office Technician must be able to communicate tactfully and effectively with management, staff, and the public, and work cooperatively with others, and utilize sound judgment. The Office Technician must also have excellent proofreading and organizational skills, and must possess knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Windows Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). .
