Responsibilities: This position also prepares bids, process specifications, progress and other reports; utilizes business evaluation tools and advises management of contractual rights and obligations.  Other responsibilities of this position include: compile and analyze performance and forecast data; maintain historical information; coordinate, liaise with or lead cross-functional negotiations; maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution by the parties; ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations and complete post contract review and publish results.
