Responsibilities: Analysts are expected to be an integral member of deal teams, working closely with senior bankers to execute transactions and/or advisory assignments on behalf of the Firm's clients. While designed as a two year program, high performing analysts may have the opportunity to pursue a third year analyst position. Description of Responsibilities Work closely with senior banker members across industry and product groups Build and maintain complex financial models Research current industry trends Conduct due diligence for potential transactions Prepare pitch books and presentations for client meetings Organize and prepare drafting sessions and road show presentations Interact with clients in meetings and throughout live transactions Requirements: 0-2 years experience within investment banking Bachelors degree with outstanding academic performance that demonstrates strong analytical background and quantitative skills A quick learner who has a keen interest in the investment banking business Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts..
