The internship will provide the candidate valuable and hands-on experience working with a team of HR professionals. Interested candidates should have an interest in Human Resources or Organization Development. Students must be currently enrolled in a human resources program at an accredited institution. Students must commit to at least 200 hours per internship semester. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop key initiatives and be part of meaningful projects and manage multiple projects. Researching and providing analysis on best practices for establishing and maintaining various employee programs Working with HR to research and establish metrics for key processes Assigned to other activities and special projects.
