General Qualifications:
At least 2nd year college undergraduates / Diploma course graduates / Bachelors Degree
With average – excellent Oral and Written communication skills
Must be able to navigate computer system while listening to calls
With a confident and outgoing personality
Willing to work in Makati , Marikina , Libis, Cubao, The Fort- Taguig and Sta Rosa, Laguna
GAMING CONSOLE TSR
Knowledge / interest in computer gaming is an advantage
With Basic salary, Allowance, Shuttle service and COMMUNICATION ALLOWANCE!
OUTBOUND SALES CSR
Possible Dayshift
At least 6 months OB sales experience
With Basic salary, incentives and commissions
INBOUND SALES CSR
Possible Dayshift
At least 3 months sales experience in any field
Will consider Nursing graduates with at least 2 years work experience in any field
With Basic salary, Incentives, Commissions
CABLE ACCOUNT CSR
Sales experience an advantage
With Basic salary, 30% Night Differential, and Allowance
FINANCIAL CSR
At least 6 months financial account call center experience
With Basic salary, Allowance, and Certification bonus
MEDICAL INSURANCE CSR
Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course in college
At least 6 months call center experience
Experience in HMO / Insurance an advantage
With Basic salary and Allowance
OFFICE EQUIPMENT TSR
Inclined to troubleshoot office equipments like printers, faxes, scanners and photocopiers
Proficient in MS Office / Internet browsing
