Requirements:

No Experience Necessary, willing to train right individual
Ability to multi task and work overtime if required
Provide internal & external motivational skills and customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills a must
Must be able to be communicative both orally and in writing
Education and work experience a plus

*Promote positive public relations by offering courteous services to all
tenants, visitors, guests and respond to their requests
*Control Access to building and monitor visitors activities
*Provide and Maintain proficiency with sites life safety systems/ and or central panels
*Be able to assist in emergency situations: fires, evacuations, human crisis
*Have the right mentality to be able to communicate with supervisor/managers on issues related to safety and your occupation
*Monitor properties and maintain daily logs and shift reports at all times
