*Looking for a Sr Dev that has moved into a Tech lead role but not a PM.*

Work directly with the project manager. Responsible for determining issue tracking mechanism, testing plans, ensuring requirements and other project artifacts are documented, environment setup, work with designers and system/data architects to develop plans, track change requests, develop implementation and transition to support plans, coordinate migration of code, code reviews. Experience in Java development environments, Changeman DS, Windows and Unix servers, Oracle and SQL server environments, Citrix, Enterprise Architect, Spring, Hibernate needed. Self motivated and self directed – someone who will go find out what is needed and who needs to help.

*This is not a QA/testing role* Must have good interpersonal skills, good facilitation skills, and experience working with a diverse team. Required: Oracle, Java, Unix and SQL.
Preferred: Informatica and Microsoft Reporting Services.
