Responsibilities and Requirements: Corporate Associate The candidate will join the firm's Corporate, Finance & International Transactions practice group. Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of law firm experience in all aspects of business and corporate law, including entity formation, corporate governance, corporate finance, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, intellectual property licensing and business transactions. Experience in the emerging technology and digital media sectors a plus. Should have exceptional communication and analytical skills. Must be admitted to practice in California.
