Responsibilities: Receives loan appraisal review orders from production offices, audits for completeness.•Enters data into origination/tracking system with speed and accuracy•Transmits review orders to designated or appropriate vendor.•Administers SLA – follows up with vendors to obtain completed reviews or status. Documents turn times and provides same to supervisor.•Provides customer service to existing and potential customers in a professional and timely manner.•Stack files according to stacking order and complete compliance checklist•Maintain service level of registering orders within one business day.•Performs assignments with established directives involving knowledge and application of policies and procedures.•Contributes to the team effort in order to accomplish related results, as needed.Requirements: COMPETENCIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
