Responsibilities: This position will provide program management support to the Space and Missile Center This position will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships through the on-time preparation and deliverance of quality deliverables and ARINC capability presentations. This position will provide support to a Government Lead Logistics Manager for the following: preparation of cost estimates and trade analyses, Life Cycle Cost Estimates, Total Ownership Cost, budget and expenditure forecasting, and commitment tracking. The Logistics Analyst will provide expertise to support the preparation of Test and Evaluation Master Plan Source of Repair Assignment Process (SORAP), Plan Support Management Plan (PSMP), Integrated Logistics Plan, Reliability, Maintainability, and Supportability Plans. Daily onsite customer interface is required. Requirements: 5 or more years of experience in a Government environment is required. Demonstrated knowledge of DoD acquisition and budgeting policies and procedures is required. Demonstrated ability to prepare logistic financial models (LCCE, TOC and CARDS) in compliance with DoD regulations and guidelines is required. Ability to maintain quality relationships and communicate ARINC's capabilities and services effectively to current and potential customers at Space and Missile Center is essential. Good working capabilities with MS Office Suite is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Desired Experience: At least 7 years working with DoD space programs and a background in space and ground segment requirements and capabilities is a plus. Education Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical area or equivalent experience.Amount of Travel Required for Position0%-25%
