Responsibilities: The outside sales representative will:Prospect for new business, making cold calls by phone and in personPresent product features and benefits through demonstrationObtain contracts for business with federal agenciesDevelop and maintain relationships with key accountsEstablish and maintain good relationships with network groups, professional organizations and the federal HR communityComplete sales reports highlighting pipeline activity and prospectsTravel throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region weekly and to trade shows/regional events around the US several times a year.Position Requirements: Minimum of 2 years successful outside sales experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to both large and small groupsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records on daily activities and resultsAbility to maintain territory sales funnel and analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotasProficiency in use of software (MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and web-accessible resourcesComfortable using hardware (laptop, LCD projector, etc.)Ability to travel overnight domestically up to 75%BA/BS preferred but not required offers a high energy, professional environment with a casual dress code.
