POSITION DETAILS
• Turn the global growth drivers into national activation plans (doughnuts) delivering focused, impactful and integrated programming that drives the financial and brand health objectives
• Work closely with the regional marketing team to ensure flawless activation at the local level; work closely to determine priority markets
• Manage overall US Brand P&L working closely with the regional team on profit forecasting and pricing plans
• Manage the national brand spend and drive strategies that deliver against overall brand health metrics
• Determine brand pricing strategy and manage overall execution against strategy
• Approve regional activation plans against brand goals

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree Required, MBA with marketing concentration preferred
6 plus years marketing experience in consumer products field
Brand Management and field sales experience
P&L/Budget management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Alcoholic beverage industry experience preferred
Agency Management
Up to 25% travel may be required

Negotiable
