Responsibilities: Participate in the financial reporting process through the consolidation, review and analysis of the company’s financial performance. Responsible for regulatory filings, technical accounting, implementation of accounting policies and compliance with GAAP.Assist with the preparation of SEC filings (including 10-Q and 10-K reports), proxy statements and annual reports.Draft MD&A for SEC FilingsDraft Quarterly Earnings Releases and Operations report to the BoardDraft other financial presentations to the BoardManage the consolidation of all the financial information company-widePrepare management reports and all external financial reportingAnalyze financial data and evaluate performance for Corporate, Radio, Outdoor and Publishing divisionsAssist with financial planning, budgeting and forecastingMaintain financial compliance for the company and its divisionsSupport the companies accounting issuesResearch and resolve regulatory issues across the companyWork with external auditing company on auditsPerform special projects as they relate to M&A activitiesRequired Skills/Experience8-10 years of financial reporting or auditing industry experience at a publicly traded company2-4 years of public accounting experience, preferably at a Big 4 firmCPA license requiredSignificant relevant experience with financial consolidations and reporting and GAAPProven leadership and skill in technical accounting mattersExcellent quantitative and qualitative skillsManagement experience a plusMinimum Education LevelBachelor's DegreeMajorAccountingJob StatusFull Time
