Responsibilities: Responsible for overall planning, coordination, and direction of quality assurance program to ensure continuous production of the highest quality services consistent with contractual requirements and established standards by performing the follow duties personally, through subordinate assistants, or through staff in accordance with operating procedures. 1. Develops service procedures and assesses product and equipment capabilities and specifications to establish service delivery standards and proposed quality expectancy of completed work. 2. Formulates and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates same with production procedures in cooperation with service managers to maximize service reliability and to contain costs. 3. Develops all inspection procedures, checklists and schedules. Directs inspection and testing staff to ensure continuous process improvement and highest quality standards of services. 4. Analyzes inspection results for trends, unusual situations, safety considerations, and team/staff adherence to quality standards and objectives. Communicates inspection results with the Project Manager, project staff, and Director, Industrial Operations. Releases inspection reports in accordance with contract and Didlake operating procedures. Possess the ability to pass a security clearance background check. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. H.S. Diploma and/or equivalent. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in custodial services in a supervisory capacity. Familiarity with the safe operation and use of industrial cleaning products and equipment.
