This role will be active in Phase One implementation of financials across various geographies (The Americas, EMEA, APAC and International), and serve as a core team member of the Oracle ERP project Phase Two order to cash team providing accounting and financial expertise. Areas of expertise in the position include accounting, financial management, financial reporting and general business knowledge.Reporting Relationship: Phase One Activity: VP Finance Oracle ERP Project, Phase Two Activity: Sr Director, Customer Business SolutionsSpecific :The Associate Director, Finance will provide subject matter expertise in accounting and finance functions for Phase One and Two of the Oracle ERP project.•Represent the Business Unit Controllers function and serve as the liaison between the Controllers and all Oracle ERP project activity, providing continuous communication flow, ensuring that the correct people in the corporate controllers group (including the stakeholders) across the globe partner to accomplish all project goalsRegularly interfaces with regional stakeholders and other members of the project team to ensure project activities are being carried out across the globeThe Associate Director, Finance-Oracle ERP Project will be responsible to work with the user community to modify and upgrade existing practices to a “best-in-class” status by making recommendations for process changes that will take maximum advantage of the features and functions of Oracle EBS 12•Participates in the design, development, configuration and testing of Global accounting and business processes for use in the Oracle ERP system through providing financial expertise, analysis and recommendations for policy and processParticipate in the Phase Two of the Oracle ERP project commencing March 2010, as a member of the Order to Cash core team in the plan/build and eventual implementation phases to be executedBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a Business Discipline9 years of related business experience with increasing
