Responsibilities: These full-time, 40 hours per week, six-month internships will be held on a semester and a summer basis beginning in January, or on a summer and a semester basis beginning in May or June. The interns will work with Corporate Engineering staff to assist in design and construction which allows growth for processing equipment and plant and warehouse facilities. Projects in process currently include: new production facility in Dubuque, IA, building addition to the Wichita facility, and building modifications to the Atlanta facility. Typical work will include CAD drafting, specification writing, construction inspection, and engineering design work.Requirements: Qualified candidates will have at least Junior status and be a Civil Engineering major with a minimum 2.7 GPA. The successful candidates will have demonstrated leadership and persuasive skills, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit. A requirement of this position is to be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have a valid work Visa.
