The HR Business Analyst's role will work closely with the HR systems team and HR business partners to review business processes and recommend process improvements; Serve as product expert and administrator for the HR/Payroll applications; Prepares detailed design and program specifications for automated payroll system; Verifies and evaluates payroll program specifications created by programmers; May provide direction to payroll implementation vendor; Prepares feasibility studies of potential systems modifications and changes; May act as liaison between payroll and systems to ensure documentation of system functions and capabilities and to facilitate the training of payroll staff in the use of the automated system; Generally requires three to four years of related experience as a systems analyst and may require specific training in payroll and accounting systems; FPC or CPP designation.~cb~Skills Desired:The successful candidate will have experience of Ultipro HR/Payroll. The Human Resource Business Analyst will have two years Proficient experience with Cognos 8; Two Years Proficient Experience setting up GL interfaces; Two Years Proficient Experience writing and testing interface specifications; Three Years Proficient Experience running payroll; Three Years Proficient Experience gathering HR process requirements; Three Years Proficient Experience creating process maps; Three Years Proficient Experience writing test plans for HR solutions; Three Years Proficient Knowledge of compensation plans.
