Responsibilities and Requirements: Intellectual Property CounselThe candidate will be responsible for the development and enforcement of company's intellectual property (IP) portfolio related to next-generation sequencing technologies. Role includes identification, development and implementation of IP strategy, providing legal advice/counseling (including oral and written legal opinions), supporting licensing and litigation related to this technology for the sequencing business unit.
