Experience in coordinating and implementing special events required. Experience in working in Hospital fundraising with experience in special events and annual giving programs preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors of Arts or Science degree is required. Bachelors in Marketing/Communications preferred. Raisers Edge or other Database Software, prospect researching, fundraising management experience preferred. Some database experience required including Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud analytics. Must have positive and professional demeanor, the ability to work with a highly diverse group of individuals, including high profile community leaders, physicians and donors. Must have very strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Must be able to adapt quickly to changes, meet deadlines and have a strong commitment to quality. Must have strong organizational skills with particular emphasis on attention to details. Must be process oriented, computer literate and must work effectively as a team member, promote teamwork within department. Must be able to read, write and speak English Professional demeanor, strong oral and communication skills, strong organizational skills, team player.
