Regional Sales Manager - (US-WI-Madison - 53794) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities: The Regional Sales Manager will undertake and lead regional efforts to drive product sales and to increaserevenues in strategic accounts, focusing on the East.:ˇ Establish and maintain relationships that result in customer satisfaction, retention and acquisition.ˇ Execute sales process including prospecting, qualification, needs assessment, competitive differentiation,proposal presentation, closing, and implementation.ˇ Meet or exceed sales targets, maximize revenues, monitor and manage sales and expense budgets.ˇ Interface with other members of the Sales team to assist in the development and execution of salesstrategies and tactics.ˇ Work with all relevant internal teams to meet customer requirements and expectations.ˇ Communicate customer feedback and competitive/market information internally.ˇ Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and oversee new order implementation.ˇ Conduct necessary territory/business analysis and planning.ˇ Provide timely and accurate reports, plans, and expense reports.ˇ Provide relevant, timely and accurate data for Customer Relationship Managment (CRM) system.ˇ Participate in sales forecasting.Requirements: :ˇ Bachelors degree in biological sciences preferredˇ 5 - 8 years clinical molecular diagnostics sales and key account experience preferredˇ Demonstrated effectiveness in negotiating and closing salesˇ Knowledge of clinical diagnostic industryˇ Experience selling at all levels and segments in the customer organizationˇ Strong financial analysis skills with ability to make business case for product saleˇ Strong time management and organizational skillsˇ Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skillsˇ Although a scientific background is not required, the candidate must be fully capable of presentingtechnology within a commercial context and understand scientific issuesˇ Substantial travel, may be up to 80% is an equal opportunity employer.
