Responsibilities: Responsible for development, maintenance and implementation of software applications with a high level of complexity; performing research and analysis of issues reported by customers; modifying and implementing software application changes; testing and supporting applications internally; participating in analysis, design, testing and review processes; and communicating status to appropriate levels of management.
