Will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and annually financial reports, such as balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports for our company's operation. Plan and manage the accounting functions including developing, implementing, and monitoring the accounting procedures to ensure proper internal controls. Will also be responsible for budgeting and cost and asset management in order to maximize efficiency of internal fund utilization. Analyze and interpret our financial information so that our executives can make sound business decision. Manage the preparation of financial reports, and ensure timely reporting to accurate data in compliance with all applicable laws, statues and regulations. Work in various areas including financial disposition relating to income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations considering the aspect of the expansion of business in investment managemet. Determine cost of business activities, and recommend budget and adjustments, and other cost improvement measures. Analyze complex financial data and extract and define relevant information, ad interpret data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and to project profitability. Manage our investments and cash flow based on the studies and analysis.
